Payment Terms

All fees are invoiced at the start of each 30-day period and are due within 30 days of invoice date. Ads will not go live until payment is received in full.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel, please provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. No refunds for partial‐month placements or early cancellations.

Ad Content Guidelines

• Advertiser must supply final artwork in JPG, PNG, or GIF format—static only.
• All ads are subject to our approval and must comply with all applicable laws and industry standards.
• Content that is misleading, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights will be rejected.

Liability Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding impression counts or click-through rates. Our liability for any errors or omissions is limited to a credit for the period during which the ad was not serving.

Privacy & Data

We collect basic performance data (impressions & clicks) for billing and reporting. All data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy. Advertiser is responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin , USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
